Couragebringer (alt quest for those not in posession of FD):
The Beginning:
Baltron Werters (Plane of Valor, 2nd Castle near gate). After dialog tree, he sends you to deliver Solvent to Gilfal. Receive: Solvent.
Gilfal (South Ro aprox. loc -2880, -110). Tell him "I am willing to help you rebuild Couragebringer." After he responds, hand him the solvent. Receive the solvent back plus Gilfal's Scabbard, a six slot container. He tells you to gather the four pieces of the sword and place them plus solvent in the Scabbard.
The Four Pieces
Gilfal states: "I only have the whereabouts of one of the four pieces, but I imagine that piece can lead you to the others. Go to the Plane of Storms and investigate there, I have a feeling you may find the first piece there."
The pieces are called "Broken Sword Piece"
Plane of Storms One part of the sword drops off Neffiken, Lord of Kelek`Vor in Plane of Storms (small to mid sized raid mob.) ID's as "Appears to be the left part of the handle"

Armadaus notes: "To make him targetable. You must kill all the giants in, and around the fort. Once that's done, he will remain targetable until the first one you killed respawns....Fairly easy mob, downed him with no problems with 1.5 groups of Time/Qvic geared. No difficulties."
Plane of Hate One part of the sword is dropped by Maestro of Rancor in Plane of hate (possibly other minibosses?) ID as "Appears to be the right part of the handle"
Plane of Torment One part of the sword is dropped by Kaniz Painbringer in Plane of Torment (south part of zone, in key event area, neg 1075 pos 900); ID as "Appears to be the left part of the blade."
Everfrost: Rombus' Request
Zone into Everfrost with all three of the above Broken
Sword Pieces and receive a message about your sword humming and pointing you south. Locate Rombus, whose text reveals that he has the 4th piece, which he will give to you for a price: [four runes] located in Plane of Tranquility, Mistmoore Castle, Scarlet Desert, and the Gulf of Gunthak
The runes are ground spawns:
Rune Wilan at neg850 neg950 in Gunthak, on the shore under some wreakage.
Rune of Xor at neg566 222 in PoTranq. Underwater on the right side of the bridge as you head to PoS.
Rune of Yirno at pos12 pos411 in mistmoore, It's in the GY.
Rune of Zota at pos625 neg1000 in scarlet, the ruined building up on the ledge where you do the shard camp.
Upon turning in the 4 runes, receive the final "Broken Sword Piece" (id's as "appears to be the right part of the blade"). Rombus disappears (but respawns in <1 hour).
Combine the 4 pieces + solvent in scabbard to create "Fractured Couragebringer."
Final Step:
Hand in the Fractured Couragebringer to Baltron Werters in PoV.
He will keep it for a few moments.
He will then spawn the 'Avatar of Rathalzor' who will bless and remake the sword in it's entirely. He tells you to "return it to the might Crusader."
Which simply means you may now speak to Irak, and receive the invisable flags for 1.5.
